Thank you for shopping with Raised Differently. Each of our items is custom-printed just for you once an order is placed. Here is how we get your gear to you:

1. Processing & Production Time

Because we print on demand, please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed and printed. Once your item is ready, it will be handed off to the carrier.

2. Shipping Times

Once shipped, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 2–5 business days. International shipping times vary and can take between 10–30 business days depending on your location.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer flat-rate standard shipping to keep things simple and affordable.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Raised Differently is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact us immediately at rdsupplyco@zohomail.com with photos so we can make it right.
